With seven years of personal training experience and five years in strength and conditioning, I've developed a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I'm a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, and I built the strength program for the Boco Volleyball Club, where we've seen a decrease in injuries and an increase in athlete quality and development. I've also worked with athletes in tennis, mixed martial arts, boxing, hockey, baseball, basketball, track and field, and soccer. What really drew me to Pursuit is the awesome facility and the fact that we share the same mindset and goals – helping people reach their full potential. I’m very excited about being part of such a great team!
My core goal for every client is to empower them to realize their untapped potential and then equip them with the tools and strategies to transform that potential into tangible results and a significantly improved quality of life. I aim to be more than just a guide; I want to be a catalyst, helping them break through self-imposed limitations and achieve aspirations they once thought were out of reach. Ultimately, my success is measured by their success—seeing them thrive, reach their goals, and live a life that genuinely excites and fulfills them.
