
My relationship with strength and fitness has had its ups and downs, but from a young age I was always drawn to sports and competition, staying active and competing at a high level throughout my youth.
Like many people, life eventually took over. Being a wife, mom, and working full time often pushed my own health aside.
After moving to Colorado in 2012, I made the decision to prioritize my fitness and nutrition again. Returning to strength training changed everything for me and ignited a passion for helping others discover what they're capable of.
