MEET COACH

Seth Altwine

Sports Performance Coach & Private Trainer
I'm Seth Altwine and I am a Sports Performance Coach and Private Trainer. I am from Kearney, Nebraska and I went to college at Dakota State University where I played baseball for four years. I wholeheartedly believe that training is one of the most important parts of being an athlete and I love being able to guide and coach athletes as they take on this side of their sport!

Get To Know Coach

I grew up with a love for sports and quickly found a passion for training as I realized how much preparation and performance go hand in hand. That passion carried me through college, where I graduated from Dakota State University with a degree in Exercise Science and competed as a four-year baseball player and team captain. My athletic journey gave me a strong foundation in strength and conditioning and also showed me the importance of leadership, discipline, and teamwork. I had the opportunity to complete a 12-week internship at Pursuit, where I was able to grow as a coach, gain valuable hands-on experience, and see firsthand the impact that purposeful training can have on athletes. What I enjoy most about coaching is building personal connections and helping athletes not only improve physically but also grow as people. I am excited to continue developing as a coach at Pursuit while investing in the athletes and community around me.

As a former college athlete, I know firsthand the value of hard work, discipline, and consistency, and I bring that same mindset to every athlete I coach. My goal is to not only help athletes improve their performance but also to build lasting relationships that inspire growth on and off the field.

Purpose & Pursuit

My goal for every athlete and client I work with is to help them reach their full potential by creating a training environment that pushes them, builds their confidence, and supports their personal journey. I want to give athletes the tools and knowledge they need to succeed not only in sports but also in everyday life, while making the process fun and rewarding. In my role at Pursuit, I hope to improve performance while also helping athletes grow as people, build resilience, and develop strong character. At the end of the day, I want each person I coach to leave better prepared to chase their goals and carry healthy habits with them long after their time in the gym.
