Rachelle Brent

Personal Trainer
I’m Rachelle Brent, a Personal Trainer at Pursuit Fit. My journey into fitness didn’t start until my late 30s, so I understand what it’s like to begin—or begin again—when life is already full. I believe in a “slower is faster” approach: training in a way that supports your body and nervous system, so change feels sustainable and empowering. Whether your goals are aesthetic, strength-focused, or rooted in simply feeling better, I’m here to help you feel strong, supported, and seen.

Get To Know Coach

My fitness journey began after the birth of my first daughter, during a season that felt overwhelming and disconnected. I started running (very long distances) just to burn off calories, but everything shifted when a trainer handed me a set of dumbbells and taught me how to use them. That moment opened my eyes to a more empowering, whole-person approach to movement, one that goes beyond appearance and includes strength, nourishment, sleep, and stress management. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Women’s Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong. I’m also working toward my Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification to help clients align how they move, eat, and recover. What brought me to Pursuit is the shared belief that fitness should meet you where you are and support your entire life—not just the hour you spend in the gym.

I was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado, so I feel like I should say I'm "outdoorsy"—but honestly, I’d rather be redecorating my living room or planning my next beach vacation. I also love geeking out on strength training, health science, and behavior change—you’ll usually find me listening to a podcast about the latest research in strength and conditioning. So skip the mountains (just kidding) join me in the gym or in conversation as we dive into your fitness journey.

Purpose & Pursuit

My goal is to help clients build a strong, confident, and capable version of themselves—on their own terms. I’m here for the aesthetic goals, the strength goals, and the “I just want to feel better in my body” goals, because they’re all valid. I design personalized, science-informed programs that fit into real life, and I want every client to feel heard and supported in the process. At Pursuit, I’m committed to helping people move well, feel well, and build something that lasts.
