My journey in sports took a significant turn when my college football career ended due to various injuries. It was at that moment that I truly understood the impact of proper training. The weight room, once a tool, became my home, and I fell in love with the process of building strength and resilience. This experience ignited a passion that led me to pursue a deeper understanding of training, earning my degree from Missouri Southern State University. Furthering my expertise, I obtained certifications in exercise science, Olympic weightlifting and as a certified teacher. My professional experience includes interning under Davin Roach, who is now coaching at Notre Dame, and two years as an Assistant Strength Coach at Missouri Southern State University, where I served as head strength coach for track, women's basketball, and softball. I've also coached multiple sports, including football, track, and powerlifting, from elementary to high school levels. Notably, I've had the privilege of working with para-athlete Eli Schultz, the starting QB on his junior high team and a record-breaking Paralympic sprinter done all with one leg and seven fingers. My journey, which began in Missouri, ultimately led me to Colorado in 2025, where I found a perfect fit at Pursuit. I'm excited to contribute to a community that values dedication, growth, and the pursuit of excellence. I'm driven by a desire to serve others and am committed to providing tailored training to enhance athletic performance and foster a lifelong love for movement.
