I was an athlete all of my life and had the opportunity to play volleyball in college. Growing up I didn't think much about nutrition, and tried every fad diet that there was to just try to be smaller. It wasn't until I finally hired a nutrition coach where everything changed. I learned how to nourish my body in a way that built strength, supported my performance, and allowed me to feel my best. That experience is what led me to become a nutrition coach so that I could offer that knowledge and support to my clients! I couldn't be happier to be apart of the amazing team at Pursuit!
My mission is to help people stop chasing "smaller" and to start chasing stronger, and help them fuel their bodies in a way that makes them better in the gym, on the court, or in every day life. I'm a firm believer that healthy food doesn't need to be boring, and that you can still eat the foods you love while on your health and fitness journey. My goal is to take my clients from feeling confused or stuck on what to eat, and give them the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable lifestyle change that last for the long haul!
