I grew up on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, and first discovered strength and conditioning through my own training for competitive ice hockey. What began as a way to improve my performance quickly grew into a lifelong passion for training and, more importantly, for helping others realize their potential. That passion took me through a degree in Human Kinetics, and eventually a 12+ year career as an NCAA Division I Strength & Conditioning Coach. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several championship teams, individual All-Americans across multiple sports, and help many others go on to compete professionally in baseball, soccer, track & field, and football. I hold a CSCS certification along with specialized credentials in speed development, Olympic lifting, and sport-specific performance. I was drawn to Pursuit because of its positive culture, its high standards for coaching, its unbelievable facility, and the chance to bring elite-level training to individuals and athletes of all backgrounds who are ready to push their limits and achieve more. I’m very excited to help members of the Northern Colorado community become the best version of themselves.
