Training is personal and the goal is to design a program that you can stick to long term . Results are actually made with consistency, not gimmicky tricks. Your program should manage to do a couple things:
First, your training program should be goal oreinted. Many of my clients have spent years following programs that didnt actually meet their goals. Exmaples would include powerlifting to look like a body building, copious amounts of cardio to look like a model, or trying to build muscle when they are trying to become faster. Well that stops here : ) . That is why you have me.
Secondly, your program should manage volume and recovery. This means that your program should be designed to prevent over training, injury, and recovery. Why? Because the goal is to be consistent, and you cant be consistent if you are hurt or tired. That helps you meet your goals, is fun and
99% of programs fail because they are not followed. This means that we have a tendancy to get in our own way. Therefore, my most important job is holding you accountable. I will make sure that you adhere to your program. In fact if you don't follow the program, there is not a place for you. WHY? Because you might as well as do your own thing. You will track every workout, every meal and every weeks progress via our coaching platform, you will check in and report each week and every other week we will jump on a facetime call to check in and talk about your progress
