Andrew is a National Council of Strength & Fitness certified strength & conditioning coach, NCSF certified personal trainer, & multi-specialty ISSA Master Trainer. He served from 2008-2014 as a US Navy Petty Officer & Aviation/Surface Warfare Specialist onboard USS Boxer LHD4 as part of Combined Task Force 151 in support of counter-piracy & sustained combat operations, including the 2009 Maersk/Captain Phillips Rescue Operation. Andrew continues rotations as an executive protection specialist and physical readiness consultant to servicemen, private security firms, and elite police units. He has 14 years of experience in the health industry as a certified professional.

He is in his senior year of studies in Exercise Science at the International Sports Sciences Association College of Exercise Science, and is challenging the Board Certified Exercise Physiologist exam this year. Andrew is a certified Exercise Therapy Specialist through the international Sports Sciences Association and has been working with adaptive athletes & veterans for over a decade.
