Andrew is a National Council of Strength & Fitness certified strength & conditioning coach, NCSF certified personal trainer, & multi-specialty ISSA Master Trainer. He served as a US Navy Petty Officer & Aviation/Surface Warfare Specialist onboard USS Boxer LHD4 as part of Combined Joint Task Force 151 in support of counter piracy & sustained combat operations in the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf from 2008-2014. Andrew continues rotations as an executive protection specialist and physical readiness consultant to servicemen, private security firms, and elite police units.

He has 14 years experience in the health industry as a certified professional. He has completed partner school course equivalencies with the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (the American Council on Exercise) and NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association). He is in his senior year of studies in Exercise Physiology at the International Sports Sciences Association College of Exercise Science. Andrew is a certified Exercise Therapy Specialist and has been working with adaptive athletes & veterans for over a decade.
