Over the course of 90 days, you’ll be guided through daily goals and structured actions that keep you accountable, consistent, and motivated to reach new heights.
Remove one vice (Alcohol, Sugar, or Fast Food) and replace it with healthier habits.
Log your nutrition intake in Chronometer every day.
Walk a minimum of 8,000 steps daily and lift weights 4 days a week (at least 30 minutes per session).
Dedicate 30 minutes a day to personal development through podcasts, YouTube, sermons, or reading.
